OLLA believes that terms like instant and ready-made do not need to be synonymous with unhealthy, processed food. Our beans and rice are homemade in Columbia, Tenneessee using high quality ingredients (yes, that means no fillers) that are preserved in the freeze drying process. The end result are highly nutritious, lightweight meals that can be taken on the go, enjoyed on a typical day, or used for your local potluck when you’re in a pinch! No matter what the occasion is, our food is flavor-packed and will taste like they just came out of the olla.

Freeze drying nearly contains all of the nutritional value, unlike other preservations methods such as canning and dehydrating.

Products stay fresh up to 10 years (as long as they are kept in a cool, dry place)! Keep our products on hand for security.

We are a small family run business that is currently operating under the cottage food laws in  Columbia, Tennessee. This means that all of our freeze dried beans and rice are always homemade! If you are interested in featuring our products in your store, please reach out to us below.
